3-month contract with Modlix (sitezump.ai), a Framer/Webflow-style site marketplace. Led 8 interns to ship 200+ site templates.
Migrated off a closed-source UI library sitting in an ex-employee's personal npm account to Tailwind CSS + shadcn/ui, upgraded to App Router, and added TypeScript, and React Query.
Replaced Razorpay payment buttons with a standard checkout flow. Added analytics and backend visibility into payment events.
Rendered 10,000+ dynamic map markers as GeoJSON-driven Mapbox symbol layers with cached sprite icons instead of DOM nodes, keeping mobile usable. Built the internal CMS and Mapbox pipeline behind it.
Owned frontend architecture. Grew the team from solo: mentored a junior dev, set up git branching and PR review workflows, and handed off to a senior engineer 3 months before leaving.
